تاثیر تزریق گونادوتروپین کوریونیک انسانی پس از قوچ‌اندازی بر غلظت پروژسترون و عملکرد تولید‌مثلی میش‌های آمیخته افشاری × برولا مرینو

چکیده

زمینه مطالعاتی: تلفات اولیه رویانی یکی از مشکلات اصلی تولید­مثلی دام­های مزرعه­ای است. تولید ناکافی پروژسترون از جسم زرد در اوایل آبستنی یکی از علل عمده این تلفات است. هدف: هدف از انجام این آزمایش تعیین اثرات تزریق عضلانی 400 واحد بین­المللی hCG، در روز 11 پس از قوچ­اندازی بر روی عملکرد تولیدمثلی میش­های آمیخته افشاری × مرینو بود. روش کار: در مطالعه حاضر، تعداد 24 راس میش آمیخته افشاری × مرینو به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 12 راسی قرار گرفتند. جهت همزمانی فحلی، تمامی میش­ها سیدرهای پروژسترونی را به مدت 12 روز دریافت کردند. در روز 11 پس از قوچ­اندازی، میش­های گروه hCG، 400 واحد بین­المللی hCG به صورت عضلانی دریافت کردند و میش­های گروه کنترل هیچ درمانی را دریافت نکردند. جهت اندازه­گیری غلظت هورمون پروژسترون در روزهای 7، 12، 17 و 22 پس از قوچ­اندازی از میش­ها خون­گیری به عمل آمد. نتایج:  نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که غلظت هورمون پروژسترون در روزهای 12 و 17 پس از قوچ­اندازی در میش­های گروه hCG به طور معنی­داری بالاتر از گروه کنترل بود (05/0 >P). میش­های گروه hCG سه و چهارقلوزایی بیشتری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشتند که در نتیجه تعداد بره متولد شده و تعداد بره به ازای هر میش در گروه hCG بالاتر بود. میزان تلفات رویانی تا زمان از شیرگیری در گروه hCG (6/3%) از گروه کنترل (8/11%) کمتر بود (05/0>P). نتیجه­گیری نهایی: به طور کلی نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که تجویز hCG در اوایل آبستنی با بهبود عملکرد لوتئال و احتمالا با کاهش تلفات رویانی، عملکرد تولیدمثلی را در میش­های آمیخته افشاری × مرینو بهبود می­بخشد.
