تأثیر انواع بنتونیت‌های سدیمی، کلسیمی، فرآوری شده و طبیعی بر غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه در شرایط برون‌تنی

چکیده

زمینهمطالعاتی: بنتونیت یک ترکیب آلومینوسیلیکاته بوده که در تغذیه نشخوارکنندگان کاربرد فراوان دارد. هدف: آزمایشاتی با هدف بررسی اثر انواع بنتونیت‌های سدیمی، کلسیمی، فرآوری شده و طبیعی بر غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی در شرایط برون‌تنی انجام شد. روش کار: در آزمایش اول، غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی در یک محیط‌ کشت حاوی بنتونیت‌های فرآوری شده (درصد جرمی اسید سولفوریک به بنتونیت 10، 15 و 20) و طبیعی در زمان‌های 4 و 24 ساعت انکوباسیون مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت و در آزمایش دوم، اثر اضافه کردن سطوح مختلف بنتونیت سدیم یا کلسیم در زمان‌های مختلف انکوباسیون بر غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی در یک محیط کشت حاوی جیره‌های غذایی با پروتئین تجزیه‌پذیری شکمبه‌ای متفاوت، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی پس از 4 ساعت انکوباسیون، تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار گرفت (05/0>P) به‌طوری‌که کمترین غلظت در تیمار 15 درصد و بیشترین مقدار در تیمار 20 درصد مشاهده گردید. در آزمایش دوم غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی برای جیره‌های با پروتئین تجزیه‌پذیر بالا در زمان‌های 2 و 4 ساعت انکوباسیون، تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار گرفت (05/0>P) به‌طوری‌که کمترین مقدار در جیره‌های حاوی 2 درصد بنتونیت سدیم و بیشترین نیز در تیمار شاهد مشاهده گردید. همچنین غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی در جیره‌های با پروتئین تجزیه‌پذیر کم، تنها در زمان 4 ساعت پس از انکوباسیون تحت تأثیر نوع تیمارها قرار گرفت (05/0>P). نتیجه‌گیرینهایی: نتایج نشان داد غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی تحت تأثیر فرآوری بنتونیت و یا نوع بنتونیت سدیمی یا کلسیمی قرار گرفته و بیشترین جذب نیتروژن آمونیاکی در ساعات اولیه انکوباسیون (2 و 4 ساعت) مشاهده گردید.
