بررسی غلظت برخی مواد معدنی پلاسمای منی و سرم خون و ارتباط آن با کیفیت منی در فصول تولیدمثلی و غیرتولیدمثلی قوچ عربی

چکیده

زمینه مطالعاتی: عناصر معدنی بر فعالیت تولیدمثلی جنس نر موثر هستند. هدف: پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی مقدار برخی مواد معدنی پلاسمای منی، خون و ارتباط آن­ با کیفیت منی در فصول تولیدمثلی و غیرتولیدمثلی قوچ عربی انجام شد. روش کار: خونگیری و اسپرم­گیری از 8 راس قوچ عربی، بطور هفتگی در فصول تولید مثلی (پائیز) با میانگین طول روز 11 ساعت و دمای هوای 25 درجه سلسیوس و غیرتولیدمثلی (زمستان) با میانگین طول روز 10 ساعت و 45 دقیقه و دمای هوای 10 درجه سلسیوس انجام گرفت. نتایج: فراسنجه­های کیفی منی در فصل تولیدمثلی بالاتر از خارج فصل بود (05/0>P). مقدار کلسیم و فسفر پلاسمای منی و کلسیم، روی و آهن سرم خون در فصل تولیدمثلی بیشتر بود (05/0>P). مقدار مس خون در فصل تولیدمثلی کمتر بود (05/0>P). غلظت مس، روی و آهن پلاسمای منی و فسفر خون تحت تاثیر فصول قرار نگرفتند (05/0<P). در فصل غیرتولیدمثلی، مقدار کلسیم، روی و آهن پلاسمای منی بیشتر از خون بود (05/0>P). در فصل تولیدمثلی، مقدار کلسیم و مس پلاسمای منی با تحرک پیشرونده اسپرم­ها همبستگی مثبتی داشتند (05/0>P). در این فصل، مس پلاسمای منی با زنده­مانی اسپرم دارای همبستگی مثبت و با مقدار ناهنجاری­های اسپرم همبستگی منفی داشت (05/0>P). همچنین، مقدار مس خون با تحرک اسپرم همبستگی مثبت داشت (05/0>P). در فصل تولیدمثلی، مقدار روی و آهن پلاسمای منی همبستگی مثبت با غلظت اسپرم داشتند (05/0>P). در خارج فصل، مقدار کلسیم پلاسمای منی دارای همبستگی مثبت با تحرک اسپرم­ها بود (05/0>P). مقدار مس پلاسمای منی در فصل غیرتولیدمثلی همبستگی مثبت با زنده­مانی و ناهنجاری­های اسپرم داشت (05/0>P). ، مقدار کلسیم در فصل غیرتولیدمثلی خون دارای همبستگی مثبت با تحرک اسپرم داشت (05/0>P). نتیجه­گیری نهایی: بطور کلی، میزان برخی عناصر معدنی پلاسمای منی و سرم خون و ارتباط آن­ها با فراسنجه­های کیفی منی تحت تاثیر فصول تولیدمثلی و غیرتولیدمثلی قوچ عربی قرار گرفتند.
